Just to add to this thread. Just in the past month I have had 2 Pirateship labels "postback" fine (I always check) and then the next day the tracking number is gone. I attempt to enter it manually, it says (as expected) this number is already in use by another customer)...
it's like, the number is there, but invisible.
I did inform CS about it, they noted it and said they would correct it. Well, both now show up on my metrics as tracking number never uploaded at all....
I did save the transcripts, notified them 2 days after the close of the period (22nd) and they said it will be "adjusted"
Still there today...I guess we'll see.....
