A few days ago, my labels began printing incorrectly. They're coming out with the bar code lines thick instead of detailed. Like this:

I'm using Firefox browser, like I have for many years, and when the print preview comes up, everything looks correct, but once it prints, it's like the above photo. To troubleshoot, I saved the label as a pdf, then opened it and when it printed, it was correct, as seen here.

I'm using a laser printer and there's no issues with any other printing, so the printer head isn't the problem.

I also went to a bar code generator and printed the bar code and it came out with no issues.

I'm using a mac, osx 10.14.1, firefox 103.0.2

Any ideas?

Dang. That's a pretty big difference. I don't know how to advise, but I'm hanging around for answers...

I have been having the same issue printing labels as well. Nothing has changed on my end. It just started happening a few weeks ago. The P or F does not print, and the bar code generator is all messed up. I did some googling and see other people are having the same issue out of the blue. I have been downloading my labels, then saving them to a PDF, and printing from the PDF, and then they are printing out fine now. Its just a bunch of extra steps I have to take for them to print correctly. I have no idea why this started happening, but it is happening to others too. Probably some kind of update caused it. Because I have been printing labels for years with the same browser and printer. It is quite annoying to me! It took me forever to find my work around and i used tons of paper and ink until i figured it out! Hope this helps you and I hope they fix the issue soon.

It very well may have been weeks ago for me as well, as the only reason I'm aware is that my mailman told me "I can't scan this" two days ago.

There is a known issue with Firefox V103 on a Mac, causing images to not print properly. A bug ticket is open and Firefox is currently working on a fix.

Best work around is save the file and print outside the browser, or try Safari.
