Hello I am a first time seller. I purchased a shipping label and realized I couldn’t print it so I voided it out and then purchased a QR scan label. Why will they not refund me

If you voided the first label, it can take up to 21 days for the refund.

The lag time for a refund is to ensure that the label isn't voided and then used anyway. You have to wait for your money back.
