Shipping label settings have changed

Anyone else having issues with shipping labels? I was set up to print my labels on 4x6. Now it comes up on regular 9x11 paper with 1 or 2 labels on it.

I cannot find where to go on Ebay to check the settings.

Next time you have something to ship go to that link to access the bulk shipping. Before you purchase the label you should find the area to change the settings to 4x6. It will stay changed after that.

mine are printing sideways as well. I was told by Ebay that no one besides myself has ever filed a complaint and thus it won't be fixed.
