Check the buyer's address block on the buy label page for any message that says something on the order of an invalid address. Sometimes it is as simple as too many characters to a line. I believe the limit is 40.
Make sure you are using the right service for the size and weight package.
Sometimes it is just a momentary hiccup and if you wait a few minutes and try again it might work.
Do you have a connected payment method. (Paypal for example)
Bear in mind that California is on fire and they can not keep the electricity on. eBay is headquartered in California. I'd like to think they have back ups in other parts of the country but who knows.
Failing all that try going to Paypal and printing it from there. (Except they are headquartered in the same town as eBay).
