Shipping label issue

I have printed quite a few labels through eBay and they have always fit my label but now when I buy a label through eBay it wants to print the whole size of a full sheet of paper. I made no adjustments so I'm not sure what to do is there a settings I can go to to fix that?

What size label are you printing on?

Did you check you printer and page settings for the right page size and scale?

Is your browser opening PDF with Adobe and not its built in reader?

What OS, browser, and printer type are you using?

Thanks for the reply...turns out it was my settings. Not sure how it got changed to 8x11 from 4x6 but it did.
