So, I sold an item, paid for the shipping label, printed it out, slapped it on the box and shipped it out. Apparently, the shipping address on the label was wrong and delivered to the wrong address?
When I go to the delivered item and check "print packaging slip" it shows the city Westerville, OH, and their correct name.
The buyer's address is Crestline, OH.
Their order details and paypal information also say Crestline, OH, with their correct name.
Did something screw up and give me the wrong address on the label? I don't understand how this happened, and what I should do. The buyer seems nice enough with no negative feedback, so I doubt they were trying to scam by changing addresses or something crazy like that.
