This is a glitch that happens from time to time. It is not aimed at you. It is usually system wide.
You can print labels through Paypal, Pirateship, stamps.com and most likely many other vendors. You will generally get the same (sometimes better) rates and as long as the tracking number is uploaded to eBay you are covered.
