I went to purchase a label this morning and got an error message when I was taken from Paypal back to eBay. I figured it did not go through, and in fact, there was no delivery confirmation attached to the order. So I purchased a second label that did go through.
Unfortunately, now I have two charges to my Paypal and credit card, but only the second label appears on eBay. Paypal tells me to go void my shipping labels on eBay, but I cannot, since the first label does not appear anywhere on eBay, not under “Manage shipping labels”, not on the order page, nowhere that I can figure to look. I did send a submission under the Paypal resolution center, but I’m not confident it will help, since Paypal says to go to eBay for issues with shipping labels.
How can I get the first label voided? If anyone has any advice, it would be much appreciated.

@the-red-hood I'd contact CS on social media. Don't mention MP or they might not help you. Just say that a shipping label you purchased needs to be voided and it's not on your shipping labels managed page.

Or you can also contact customer service by sending a private message on social media. You leave a message and an eBay employee will get back to you as soon as possible. To speed things up you can leave your registered account information in the PRIVATE message: Full name, address, phone number, email address, user ID, and a brief explanation of your problem.
They may take a few days to get back to you if you use social media.

Thank you to you both! I’ve attempted to follow your advice and have initiated contact with eBay. Hopeful they can help me. *fingers crossed*
