Shipping label could not be generated

For over a month, I have been getting an error with the bulk shipping tool for USPS that the label could not be generated.  I have tried different browsers and different computers, but I still get the same error.  

I can print labels from my phone, but it's such a hassle printing them one at a time.

Does anyone have any suggestions to fix the problem?

Unfortunately ebay error messages are often misleading and/or inadequate. 

On your PC, can you print them one at a time, or can you only print from your phone?

What funding source are you charging the label to, your ebay account or PayPal?
