Shipping label clocking when printing

I use mozilla when printing shipping labels, I have a DYMO label printer. Something has changed, when I click to print the label, I get a page that says preparing preview, all it does is sit there with a spinning clock... I get the same thing when trying to print a packing slip... Edge and Chrome will not work with DYMO printer unless there are settings I haven't found to use anything other than mozilla...

Me too!  I need this to work!!  Someone has to know something.  It's different from just a day ago!!It never appears!!! Just keeps spinning!

Yes, same thing here with Firefox browser and Dymo printer. Very annoying. Just started happening around Feb 22-24, 2021.

For now, here is a work-around:

1. Open browser Preferences
2. Scroll down to Applications
3. Next to Portable Document Format (PDF), select "Use system default application"

Assuming you have some PDF viewer app installed, the label will pop-up and "Preparing Preview" will continue to spin in the background. Be careful if you hit the back button, you may end up buying a label again. I just close that window and open another. Hope that helps.

Same problem here. Fortunately I have three computers and its only happening on one of them. I still haven't figured out why its happening. Strange thing is two of my computers are nearly identical in hardware, but its only happening on one of those two.

are you using the same browser?
