Shipping label adjustments

I’ve been selling over 20 years, basically the same merchandise. Over the past 2 months I’ve been hit with 7 label cost adjustments of $11.75 from UPS and FedEx. This is killing my business. My weights and measurements are spot on. No specific reason for the adjustment given. I’ve read the articles on shipping. I cannot get a specific reason for the charges!

Same thing happening to me and I buy the box from UPS and they say they are not seeing anything on their end of the box being an inch larger than what I enter.  There is something very fishy going on.  Spent over an hour on the phone with ebay and they are looking into it.... NOT HAPPY as an extra $200 has been collected after the sale.  UPS says it is not seeing the money.... so EBAY must be keeping it???

I buy a 12x12x12 box from UPS.  In the message from ebay, it says UPS remeasured and it is 13x12x12.  UPS says it has nothing to back this up.  This should be illegal.... EBAY is charging and claiming it is a UPS issue, but they arent giving the money to UPS.
