Shipping label Non-Machinable surcharge option for standard envelope with rigid top loader inside

I just started using the EBay standard envelope shipping sports cards in a protective top loader.

 I met all the requirements & the Post Office said it needs to add a Non- Machinable surcharge 

Is there a option to add this when I print the shipping label??????

This is an error on the post office. They probably are unaware of the esus or how it works. If you are using a larger than standard toploader you have to select the 2 oz option. It doesn’t matter if the envelope is still under an oz. 

We ship out at least 100 cards a week using esus and last year somebody new started at our post office and it was a huge ordeal over the envelopes.
