Shipping is confusing.

I live in Estonia and using ebay.com website, my store is set to Estonia.
Sold item to buyer from US and instead of charging international shipping rate $30 eBay charged domestic shipping rate $10 i end up paying more for shipping than i charged the buyer. ☹️

Current status on Order details page reads "Shipping service - Expedited Shipping from outside US"

Attached screenshot on how my shipping was set up for the item i sold, from my understanding shipping within Estonia should be $10 international should be $30 not other way around.

Re: Shipping is confusing.

When you  list on .com and fill out the listing form, domestic shipping is always for shipping to the US.  You would have to list the flat rate for shipping to the US and show that you are using one of the standard or economy options for 'shipping from outside of the US'

Shipping to your own country and other countries would be listed under the international shipping options.

Re: Shipping is confusing.

That really makes no sense why ebay is working like this, they need to upgrade their platform.
