I want to know how I can send a message to shipper as where to leave the packages because sometimes the leave items in the concierge, which is currently having a lock on the door that does not work and anybody can take my packages, plus me and my wife are handicapped and want all packages to be delivered to outside our door.  The people that live in my building our very trustworthy Indians and we never have problems with anyone taking packages left at from door.  Also, we don't work and are always home if the driver knocks loudly

Look, it is no big deal. And I have been selling on line since 1999. I have had lots of buyers send me notes on where to leave their packages: side door, front porch, inside screened porch. After i print out the labe and put it on the package, I write the note to the left of the label. Easy.

Oh, and this old chestnut: It is up to the buyer to provide a safe and secure area for packages. Show me this in the DMC, domestic mail manual. If a parcel is too large to fit in your mailbox, a notice is supposed to be left. Now many times, they are not, and packages will be left in full sight.
