Shipping from a different state than the state my business is registered in

I have an LLC registered in Wyoming
Can I use a prep center located in another state (New York, for example) and have my products shipped directly from there?
Note that I own the entire inventory and do not want eBay to consider me as dropshipper

Yes, just be sure that the "Item location" in your listings is based on the ZIP Code of the warehouse in NY.

As long as your team in NY ships on time and customers receive products on time and are pleased, all will be good.

Make sure to have a plan for returned items and the correct address listed for returns.

Can I also use the return address as the prep center address, even though my address is in Wyoming?
Because the prep center I plan to work with can handle returns as well.

 I came across this page and found that I can add multiple addresses
But I was not sure if eBay would take these addresses into consideration and consider them valid addresses for shipping and processing returns.
