Shipping for a 5 month is allowed on eBay?
As I know after 60 days buyer cannot open refund case and even send feedback/rate dishonest seller. This is sometimes uncomfortable, but it's the eBay policy.
However, now I see info about 5 months shipping. What a crazy stuff? How it correlates to 60 days feedback limits? And what I get if I'll wait till August and parcel won't be arrived till that time?
And what shoud I do now? It's almost 60 days since sending. Please, advice.

You have 30 days from ebays latest delivery estimate to open an item not received case. If you paid with paypal, you have 180 days to file there. You are in Russia and the delivery date of August is correct. If you were to order that item today, the latest delivery estimate is in October. So you will just have to be patient and wait. You shouldn't have ordered the item if the delivery estimate was too far out.

If you read the money back guarantee it states that you have 30 days from the date you receive the item (or the last delivery date listed) to open a case.
You probably won't be able to leave feedbck though. If that bothers you, use another seller.
