Dear community,
I bought a valuable product on the 14th February. The estimated date of shipping was 27th of February but I did not receive anything yet because it seems that the shipping company messed up the postal code. What I can do? Can I ask for a reimbursement of the shipment fee? Moreover, the product was lastly scan in the city in which I live, do you think I can go directly to the logistic center to ask for my package?

Cannot figure out how the shipping company could mess up the postal code.
If the package was last scanned in the city where you live, when did that happen?
And why not contact the carrier and ask about your package?

I don't know I provided the correct address but it seems that the postal code was not correct. How can I contact the carrier? I was looking there information that I can obtain with the track ID but I was not able to find any information. Could you provide some help hints please?

Since you're located in Italy, have no way of knowing who the carrier would have been.
The tracking # should show that information, I believe.

The second postal code, BARCELONA, 0......., is the correct one, but still I did not received any info...

It looks as if you would have to contact UPS in Barcelona. If you give them the tracking number they may be able to help you.
