Shipping delay error

Due to a shipping error, the goods cannot be shipped on the same day before the due date. There is no other service to ship the goods and the buyer has not yet paid for auction. What needs to be done for that?

If the buyer has not even paid for it why are you even trying to ship. The "due date" begins AFTER it is paid for. If there is no payment then cancel the order using "buyer did not pay". But DO NOT ship without payment.

Then you need to provide a more detailed explanation. WHAT is the shipping error. WHERE are you trying to ship it. WHY can't the buyer pay?

Your last sale was on April 29th.  If that buyer has not yet paid, you need to cancel with the reason "buyer hasn't paid".  

And, BTW, hope you are not planning to get rich by offering items for 99 cents with free shipping from Sri Lanka.

May I respectfully suggest that you do some more reading about selling on eBay? Or maybe the Seller School has a refresher course that you can take.

I'm with the others. Don't worry about shipping until you're paid. Cancel the order citing 'Buyer didn't pay'. Easy peasy.
