Does eBay automatically adjust shipping costs if the buyer is purchasing a quantity of more than 1 on same listing. Buyer purchased quantity of 3 of the same product but I calculated shipping for a quantity of 1. How does eBay charge them?

eBay charges based on how you set up the listing and your shipping preferences.

I checked one of your listings. Item 115204041459 is charging with a calculated shipping cost for one item and each additional item ships free.
