Hi all,
I have a question that I hope someone can answer for me.
When I sell an item that weighs under 15 ounces, using calculated shipping, the buyer is not being charged the whole shipping cost.
For example, two days in a row I sold a craft supply, rub on transfers. The item weighed 2 ounces in both cases. The customer was charged 1.59 for shipping, but I am being charged 3.59 for the shipping label.
Does anyone have any idea why and how I can fix that?
Thanks in advance!

Your buyer is being charged for a First Class flat (AKA Large envelope) rather than for a package.
This glitch appeared when eBay revised the listing form and eliminated the option to choose a "package type" of letter, flat, or package. To get your listing to show actual package rates, change the service from First Class to Ground Advantage.
Alternatively, your transfers are probably eligible to be mailed as letters or flats; but you 'd have to ship at the PO or use stamps, because eBay doesn't sell postage for those. And it doesn't include tracking.

Thank you!
I changed my setting as recommended, hoping that fixes it!
