Entered same size, weight and zip code and the price ebay gives is not the same as the post office.
How do I get around this.

The setting to offer buyers online discounted rates can be found on your shipping preferences page under the carrier specific discounts setting: https://www.ebay.com/ship/prf
Since eBay charges a fee on total cost buyer pays (item + ship + tax), by charging discounted rates you are losing money on every single package. If you want to make up for that you can add a handling fee or increase your item costs - or simply charge retail rates for a built in cushion instead of passing on the discounts.
If you are shipping at the post office then you are paying retail rates and should not pass online carrier discounts to buyers on your listings.
May I ask why you are paying more for labels shipping at the post office instead of buying labels online through eBay?

So who is charging more? eBay or the post office?

Postage always costs less through eBay, except for Media Mail which is the same.
As noted in the other post, the shipping calculator in eBay listings can be set up to charge either the retail rate that you'd pay at the PO counter, or the online discounted eBay rate. The option is in your site preferences at the link provided above; it's called "Shipping discount settings". So if you want to "get around this" by charging your buyers more and paying more at the Post Office, adjust it there.

I understand eBay shipping can be cheaper.
But it was more of a question on this particular 'one shipment' of the post...which cost was more...it was not a clear answer if I am reading right..."

Yeah, "not the same" is about as vague as it could be.
