Shipping cost breakdown for UPS on a damage claim

I have a damage claim filed thru UPS where I purchased the shipping thru ebay.

I'm trying to find what did I insure the package for. I can't seem to find the breakdown 

of what I paid for the shipping. thanks

Did you get an e-mail from eBay when you purchased the label? eBay used to show the breakdown in that e-mail. Don't know if they still do.
