Not the first time this has happened. How does eBay allow a buyer to select first class when it was clearly listed as weight over 1 pound. The buyer gets it at $6.50, but the post office will charge me well over $10. How does this happen ? Usually the quotes are accurate, but sometimes it definitely calculates against me. Why?? I am sending a 1 pound 4 ounce package.
