Shipping an item in two separate packages

I would like to know if it's possible to print more than one label per transaction? I have a buyer that purchased two sets of an item (different listings), but paid together. It shows as only one transaction but I need to ship them separate. Can I print the first label then print a second one giving the second a separate tracking number? BTW items are not on this ID....

Thanks for any help anyone can offer.

After you print the label for the first package, it should ask if you need to buy another shipping label.

Take the second tracking number and enter it for the second package.

Have a great day.

Thanks.... Thought that was how to do it, been selling since 99, you'd think I'd know how to do it.  Guess I just have never had this issue come up...Was afraid of doing it wrong and ending up with an Ebay ding for not shipping one of them on time. Thanks again.

Yes you can print more than one label per transaction. You have the option to print another label.    I  have had people buy multiple fragile ceramics from me but i wouldn't put them in one box because of  possible damage.  I have used the purchase page to print out return labels as well. Just go to your order page and click on the arrow next to the item and you'll get the menu.  Click on Print label.  You will get a message that states you have  already purchased a label for this order, but ignore it and proceed.
