Shipping What Is Up

Sold a item on 9/15 shipped on 9/16. EBay is showing in tracking history that it was shipped on 9/22. Oh heck NO, I have my PO receipt to prove it.

Shipped another item on 9/11 still not showing delivery 12 days later. I have sent the buyer 2 messages the second one begging them to just let me know if they have gotten the item or not, no response whatsoever. I know sometimes items are delivered without tracking being updated, it's happened to me. What is one to do?

Well was it scanned in properly (i.e. on time) by whatever postal service you used?

USPS scanning process is a freaking mess nowadays because of covid and their huge workloads thanks to amazon. We can’t rely on tracking scans anymore and it’s a shame that eBay and buyers still hold sellers accountable for it.
