I voided a label.  When and How will I get a return to my account?  I am using managed payments.

USPS usually waits about 2 - 3 weeks before they approve the credit, to be sure that you really didn't use the label.

Does the money get returned to paypal or ebays managed payments?

It should be credited to whatever account you used when you printed the label.  If you printed directly from PayPal, then it will go there, which usually takes 2 weeks in my experience.  I'm not sure if Managed Payments account credits would take longer to show up because of the system or not.
