Shipping Rates

When was the last time eBay updated the shipping rates? Postal service and both UPS and FedEX had updates in January to reflect the new year, however we are barely getting enough shipping when eBay calculates freight. If its a service that is offered, the rates they give to ship something should be update as well.

USPS rates have been updated, both in the shipping calculator in listings and also for labels. Do yo have a specific example where they allegedly did not?

Ok thanks for checking - eBay #15001 was given $20.23 to ship ground service to Kentucky. It cost us over $30.97 FedEx Ground and UPS Ground would have been higher yet. Not sure how it keeps getting figured at $20.23 when we've adjusted weight and box size accordingly.

I entered a Kentucky zip code and found this listing 266133021337 advertises a $20.23 ship cost with UPS Ground or $21.94 with FedEx Ground.

What dimensions and weight did you enter on the listing? If you're not sure, go to the listing and select "sell similar" to see the original weight dimensions then delete the draft when you're done.

What were the actual dimensions and weight when you purchased a shipping label?
