I created a shipping rate table in order for each individual buyer to know whats the shipping price he should pay.

Whenever I check the "Use rate table" box it still asks for shipping method and price to be mentioned.

My question is, how come it asks for the shipping cost if I created a rate table that mentions every cost for each country. I cant mention a shipping cost because it differs from region to region.

can you do a screen shot of your rate table (or part of it)?

I am just thinking that you have not created a rate table for ebay international delivery. What happens if you select USPS from the drop down menu? The black rectangle actually appears like that or it's your creation? Shouldn't there be a drop-down menu showing the tables that you have created? I think you need to double check your tables especially in regard to the services you selected when creating them.
