There are a few questions I want to ask.
I primarily use the ebay app when I need to print labels. When I am at label generated and click print label, it opens up the labels in the ebay app which is connected to my HP printer.
I just recently invested in a label printer from Nelko and it uses an app called Shipping Printer Pro, is there a setting i can change somewhere where if I click "print label" it will open up the "Shipping Printer Pro" app instead?
Also just if anyone else has the same printer.
For a month my Nelko PL70e-BT Thermal Printer was working flawlessly without issues. Then the other day it started to continuously print the same shipping label over and over, I contacted Nelko and they said that this was apparently something they have not heard happen before and they gave me all of the generic, turn printer off and on again, reinstall app, etc... I decided that maybe the one i had happened to just be defective so I'm sending it back and getting the same one, but I still don't know 100% if it really is defective or there is something I'm doing wrong.
But for anyone else who has a minimalistic thermal printer and encountered the same problem of it only printing the same label over and over unless you turn it off and on again, how did you get that fixed?
