The shipping here is just unfathomable. I just posted a new listing and when I got through and looked at the listing it states the shipping cost will be $7.35, and will be delivered on Mon, Nov 25th (today is Sun, Nov 17th). How that shipping amount and delivery date was determined is beyond me because the item isn't being shipped USPS Flat Rate, AND the location of the buyer isn't yet known.
Would someone please take a moment to tell me how to let eBay calculate the shipping cost (Priority Mail) based on the location of the buyer without stating it on the listing in advance, please and thank you?
Just an FYI, I did set the size of the package plus the weight in the shipping area on the listing form.

The shipping cost is not "guesstimated." eBay looks up the exact correct postage cost based on the package weight and dimensions, based on the ZIP Code of the seller and the ZIP Code of whatever member is looking at the listing. The don't use your IP address, they use the ZIP Code of the primary address that you have on file with eBay.

Yes it is showing you what it would be to ship to your own Zip Code. If you want to see the difference try putting in a zone 8 zip from your location.
