Good afternoon, I have a serious problem in buying in the ebay and I will not use the ebay anymore for buying the items i need, I am an european person, I am portuguese, but I have a problem, that is living in an island, and thats the why the european sellers do not send the items to me, I am descriminated , yes all the payments I do I have been refunded, but I do not need to be refunded I need the items, I do receive from USA from others countries less from europe, that is stupid and ebay for me no more.

Here on the .com site sellers are not required to ship internationally. Listings available to ship to Portugal will state a shipping cost on the listing.

Your dedicated home site is just a subdomain of the .com site - there is no separate eBay Portugal - but if you're not already using that site you can try it: https://pt.ebay.com/

You may want to try some of the other eBay (international) sites that will offer more international shipping options in Europe.
