Shipping Problems

I am trying to buy an iteam from Chinese seller. On their shipping details it says: "This item will ship to Greece, but the seller has not specified shipping options. Contact the seller and request a shipping method to your location". When I try to go to checkout it say that unfortunately, this seller will not ship this

item to Greece. 

When try to contact the seller they just say that the ebike kit could be shipped to Greece. 
If needed, pls kindly arrange the payment. 

But I can't pay!!

Meanwhile  an unpaid item case has been opened because I clicked commit to buy.

Has anyone had the same problem?

I would stay away from that seller. When you buy on ebay, there is no such thing as "kindly arrange the payment". The seller should 'kindly'  update their listing with postage to Greece if they ship to Greece. Looks to me like they want you to make a payment outside ebay. Also, a serious seller would not open an unpaid case when you are in communication with them and want to pay.

I would cancel the transaction and find another seller.

If they are the only ones around, ask them to update the listing with the postage, or create a new listing that would include postage to Greece (and cancel the unpaid case)

Thank you for replying.

I told them that since they don't ship to Greece I won't be buying from them and asked for a  cancelation on the unpaid item case against me.

Meanwhile I found and purchased what I needed elsewhere. 

A couple of days later the original seller redirected me to a different listing of the same item that did specify shipping costs to my location. However it was too late.

Maybe I should have asked for a different listing from the get-go, I didn't think of it.
