Hello, I'm a South Korea buyer.
I bought a speaker amplifier at the end of October last year.
I thought the delivery would be late due to the nature of overseas delivery, but it didn't arrive until December.
The seller said he entered my contact information accurately, but FedEx said it came with the wrong contact number "2013729700." And said that this amplifier went back to the seller.
However, the seller said he did not receive the amplifier.
I don't know what happened.
While purchasing on eBay for several years, Korea delivery has always used that address and contact number and has never been a problem.
I think it's the seller's mistake.
I have requested FedEx to check again to see if it has returned to the seller.
I think we should get a refund because this is a loss caused by the seller's mistake.
However, eBay has terminated this refund case and there is no way I can do it anymore.
How shall I do it?
