Shipping Policy Set Up

I've been trying to figure out how to set up a shipping policy that lets me the seller have a calculated shipping cost that is at the USPS retail price. Or if there was a way to set up a policy with a percentage markup vs a set amount. I haven't had any luck, but sometimes I am not so good a looker! Thanks for any assistance.

First go to "ebay.com/ship/prf".  This is where all your shipping preferences should be. On that page, scroll to "Carrier Rate Settings" and to the right click on "Edit". Here you can choose to have ebay discount, custom discount, or standard rate with no discount. These will only apply if you use calculated shipping for your listings.
