Shipping Options Nightmares???

How did this get so confusing?

When I input a new listing now regarding shipping, the only options I am given are Priority Mail via USPS.  I have no option to offer free shipping on a particular item, nor can I choose Ground Advantage and I am losing so much business due to the cost of shipping my items (mostly smalls).  Also, I have ephemera to list and where in the world is media or standard???

I attempted to set up "business policies" in order to have drop down choices and that only made things worse.  Any advise appreciated!

Clear out all policies you are not using first, then create or keep only the ones you do want to use.  The fewer you have the easier it will be.

To use Free Shipping, be sure to select Flat Rate Shipping first.
