I have been having this problem for the last couple of weeks. I have reached out several times and usually get the same conversation. This has been terrible for my Ebay business.
The issue is that as of late, all of my listings started to not display the domestic shipping method I was offering. Local pick up was the main highlight of the listing and you could find international shipping info in the details. But, at the top of my listing, or in the details, where your average shipping methods should be displayed have no mention of my USPS service.
I do not know how this keeps happening. But, I can point out moment in my listings when the shipping stopped displaying correctly. I had recently been opted in to the new internation shipping program. I did some research and heard this might be the reason. I opted out, waited the alloted unlist time, this however still hasn't fixed my problem.
I have had another recent developement in the situation being that oddly enough, the USPS Media Mail service displays correctly just as it should. My listings have not indexed yet, so I can not confirm for a fact. But, when viewing my listing everything looks to be correct as it should if I choose to ship via Media Mail.
No other domestic shipping methods are working, and my listings display the Shipping Not Specified Error, to contact the seller for a shipping quote. This is a major turn off for customers. People think I only offer local pickup, I get messages asking if I ship, I have to run a seperate invoice to charge them. It's been a major fiasco. But, a golden opportunity to finally post those books I've had lying around.

Can you post a screenshot of what the shipping section on the listing form looks like @change-slide ? You ended that necklace listing, but I did find several others with the shipping not specified problem. Just a few examples:

I have recently found this issue with one of my listings because a buyer asked about a shipping quote. Thank you for asking the question as I could not figure out what the heck was happening.
Please let me know if you have any updates on this. I'm going to contact eBay tomorrow and to at least get another report in.

What is the item number @hoosierresell and in what country is the buyer located?
I'm not going through 1.3K listing, but looking over the first page of results I didn't see any "shipping not specified" listings, so it's possible your problem is entirely different from the original poster here.
A common reason for a buyer to see shipping not specified is the buyer's located in another country and you don't have shipping set up for that country, but also don't have the country on your exclusion list. Therefore the buyer will not see specified ship costs and they are directed to contact the seller for rates and options.

Hi there,
The item number is: 275872310525
Buyer was in the US, Florida to be exact, and it was definitely the same issue.
I did find a workaround though. I changed shipping to Free Shipping and raised the price. So it now shows up correctly, but as FREE SHIPPING now. I have only gone through a few listing so far and don't see that issue again yet but will most likely raise price and do free shipping for now. I don't want potential buyers with uncertainties when looking over my listings.
Thank you for looking into this.

OK, since you've already changed the listing to a shipping method without problems, and I'm not immediately spotting another listing with that issue, I'll just say to come back if it becomes a problem later or you need more help. At least you have a solution that works for you in the immediate future. 👍

You have listed on eBay.com, which is the US site, so when you specify "domestic" shipping, you are specifying the cost to ship to buyers in the US. You apparently haven't set up shipping costs for other locations:

Right now your listings show from 0$ to $2.50 to the US and is higher to other countries, even in Europe.
As @nobody*s_perfect mentioned domestic shipping on the listing page on .com is ALWAYS shipping to the US. For each item you will need to figure out a cost to shipping to the US and as choose one of the services...economy, standard or expedited shipping from outside of the US
I'm not familiar with how to set up shipping tables but you can set up a 3 or 4 prices for other countries based on region. For example, in the international section (which is for all countries except for the US) you change 'worldwide' to the UK and Europe by clicking on destination and specify a price using standard international shipping. Then for the rest of the world you could choose a price using economy international shipping.

All of my listings are now displaying 'Shipping not Specified'. I have tried even offering Free Shipping as an option but that has not corrected the issue. All of my listings appear last in all searches. I have been contacting support without any resolution. Not sure what to do as I have been unable to find out why.
