Why can't I print 4x6 labels on ebay anymore even though my setting is 4x6

When I print a label, my desktop system spawns another window that allows the printing settings to be choosen and/or changed before I select "print".  I make a change there if needed and it defaults to that selection the next time I print.

I’ve run into this problem before.  I removed the printer driver, then re-installed.

Look to the lower right of the create label page when the current label format is shown.  Click Change.
