Shipping Labels

Does anyone else have an issue with the new shipping labels forcing you to measure every package even though you know it's under the 84" for priority. There is also no option for 1/4" 1/2" etc. Forced to go up to next inch which in some cases takes you over the 84" to the oversized fees. Also many more steps to print label. Ebay needs to bring back classic labels. Whose idea was it anyway to change something that works. Even when you give them feedback it doesn't change anything. This is a mistake on eBay's part just like when they took option away from seller giving a negative feedback to buyers.

Since I use flat rate boxes often I rarely ship boxes requiring measurements but it did just come up a couple days ago.  If I had a situation where the box was under 84" I would just use the whole numbers that worked out to keep it under 84".  Ignore the fractions.  I have sold hundreds of odd lot items using flat rate boxes.  I carry a small and a medium flat rate box with me when I go to estate and garage sales to check the fit while I am picking an estate.

eBay uses whole inches because that's what USPS does.  However, USPS rounds OFF measurements.  So 1/4 inch rounds DOWN.
