Shipping Label

I created a shipping label for an item i sold. It had the wrong dimensions on the label when I purchased it. I immediately canceled the label and created a new one with the proper dimensions. It was my understanding that I was supposed to get a refund for the shipping label that was created incorrectly because it was canceled before shipping. I never received the refund.

Am I wrong and I should not get a refund?  If I am right who do I contact about the refund?

I apologize if you see this in another forum - shipping tools.  I had no way that I saw to delete it and felt this is a better forum to post my questions

You have started 3 threads about this and you have received correct answers on all of them.  There is nothing to do but wait until the USPS sees that you aren't using the label and they will refund you in 2-3 weeks.  The money will go to your payouts if you paid that way.  There is no need to worry, as you will be refunded!
