Shipping Label Size

Does anybody know why I am still getting huge shipping labels?  I have double checked the format size to 4x6 prior to purchasing my label but yet again it generates a huge shipping label!  I'm so frustrated, this has been an ongoing issue that I cannot solve.    I have items that range in size with many items shipping in small boxes.  I'm tired of spending an incredible amount of time with workarounds after the fact.  Is anybody else stuck in this vicious cycle of unworkable shipping labels?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Before you print do you get a Print Preview?

If you do can you not reduce the scale/size of label size?

If you are sure you have the ebay label format set to PDF 4x6 there is some other problem.

Is your browser set to open PDF files with Adobe and not its built in reader?

Does the label preview look correct?

Just above the label preview is the printer page size correct?

Is the preview settings set to either actual or fit for size and orientation to auto?

Come back with OS, browser, and printer model you are using.  A screenshot of the entire label preview will also be helpful in fix your problem.
