I've had my DYMO set on my desktop for some time and have printed labels with never a problem, desktop bites the dust and no biggie I switch the printer to my laptop and go to print...won't work! I can not find printer preference anywhere on that new label page or anywhere else for that matter and since Ebay isn't taking any calls I'm hoping someone here can assist me. Thanks!

If your printer can print browser pages then open a free account at pirateship.com and you will live worry free. They import sales from ebay and post tracking numbers back to ebay. You can also download the labels in a PDF format. If there is a return, you can create a return label and send the PDF file to the buyer. Easily create SCAN forms. The have live chat. Also, they respond fast to email inquiries within 24 hours (at least they did in the before the virus era. They have been in business since 2014. I have been using them for more than a year. Never looked back.

On the new create label page, look to the lower left, where it shows the current label format. Click change to select the proper label.
Best to set your browser to open PDF files with Adobe. Adobe print options should be set to Actual Size and Auto Orientation. For 4” x 6” size labels, check the box for “Choose paper source by PDF page size”. For the smaller 99019 labels, make sure this box is unchecked.
Note Pirate Ship that was mentioned, unlike other services, will not support the smaller thermal printers and the 99019 labels, only the large 4"x6" labels. One reason many are not using the service.
