Hello,
I recently got charged for a shipping adjustment for a package I sent out about two weeks ago. It was a 4 pound package and the post office stated the actual weight 16 pounds. I use two different scales to double check my shipping weight so I know my number was correct - also I was shipping two phonograph records which are not that heavy.
I have an option of appealing the change, but need to enter two numbers in the following fields:
Enter your Transaction ID
Enter your Intelligent Mail® Package Barcode (IMPB)
I no longer have the label as it was affixed to the package. The only number I still have access to is the tracking number. I'm not sure how to find the above two numbers as they do not appear on my ebay label shipping history. This was a label that was printed at home and affixed to the package, not a QR code sent by email and printed at the post office.
Would appreciate any help!

What were the package dimensions @medinahill ? Package dimensions also play a factor in billable weight - not just the actual weight.
That said, you should have received an email from eBay with the adjustment details and a link to this page that has the info you're looking for: https://www.ebay.com/ship/lmng

The dimensions were correct at 18x18x4. Also, this was media mail, which would not make a difference. The information available at the site you mentioned includes a Revenue Assurance ID number, not a transaction ID number. Is this the same number? Seems strange that they would be called something different at different sites. Thank you!

Those little "i" icons you sometimes see on websites are indicators more information is available. Click or hover over for the info pop-up, like so:

thank you. I looked at those, even did an internet search to see where these numbers appear on the label, receipt, ebay shipping label page, etc. Could not find a definitive answer

Transaction ID = Revenue Assurance ID
The only place this appears is on the email from eBay and on the page I linked above. This number is not assigned unless there is a cost adjustment.
IMPB = Tracking Number
You can find that in all the usual places.
Hope that helps.
