Will eBay take into account that we lost power in Michigan due to a bad storm and we're not sure when we'll get it back. I don't want a negative mark because of no power.

Extend your shipping on all of your listings. 

If there is something you have to ship…cancel due to buyers address and send message explaining the situation. Tell them you will relist and offer them a 10% discount for the trouble. I would think most buyers are understanding.

eBay doesn't always recognize situations like this. You need to either put your listings on "Time away" or revise them to extend your handling time.
