Is anyone else still having problems with customers not being able to purchase items because of an error message stating that "this seller does not ship to your address"? I have been in conversations with ebay since February (this is now August) and, as far as I know, they have issued several tickets to their Technical Service Team for correction. This week I just lost another customer because of this glitch in the system. Ebay, have you had your system hacked? In my situation this seems to be mainly ebay.ca, the Canadian site. Today, I tried to send a reply to a potential customer and it would not go through----another glitch?? I do not understand how something so important as your computer system is not a top priority for an international corporation like ebay! Do you think a class action suit would maybe get their attention????

they have not been hacked it is just that the seller hub system they pushed on us dont work well and never has and now they want to play the same way with the mangled payments they pushed on us. Failed new systems ! Wish they would go back a few steps to the more original ebay that DID work !! Glitch after glitch ! Never ends !

I did try to help you when you posted a similar post on the Canadian boards but I need some information from you as the problem could have something to do with the shipping info in your listings shipping field. Please reply to my post on the .ca board.

I had this exact problem as a buyer. I used Help & Support & got a call within 1 minute. The rep wasn't able to resolve the problem so referred it to tech support, and I was able to pay the first shopping cart of 40 items within 48 hours. The 2nd shopping cart had a different glitch, but luckily the seller had sent me an invoice & I was able to pay that way. (I discussed all this in a Payments thread.)
During my talk with the service rep he said the system was going crazy due to problems with info conversions/exchanges between the old system and the new Managed Payment system. My seller, newly in Managed Payments, let me know he had thousands of sales where buyers couldn't pay, and that he had contacted eBay about this.

I have run into this using the mobile app to make a purchase and the shipping was not loading. Went to my pc and was able to get the shipping to load and complete the purchase. When this happened to me both me and the seller were in the same country.
I believe this is a known issue.

Yes, I have been experiencing this since March. The first time, the buyer couldn't send me an offer. His error message said I don't ship to his country. CS was unable to recreate the problem, and confirmed I certainly did ship to that location. That one, I solved myself by sending an offer to the buyer. The second time, it was a repeat buyer and nothing would work. Then, several days later he was able to purchase the item from me. The last one, the buyer was able to send me an offer but would get the error when trying to complete checkout. That was a $100 sale, and ultimately had to be cancelled. Those are just the ones where the buyer messaged me. No telling how many sales I have lost to this. In the few known incidents where I've been affected by this, each was related to an international sale for which I only ship through GSP, and each involved an offer. I don't know if it's limited to that scenario though.

Also, I was not yet in Managed Payments when I experienced this issue.
