Shipping Charges

Since the new method of how we get paid; my shipping charges are deducted from my account through paypal. This is a problem since our buyers are not using Paypal. So when I sell something Paypal deducts my shipping from my checking account. Would like to know how I can fix this problem.

Thank you

If you sell enough that you always have "pending" payouts, there is an option at the bottom of the shipping label page to use funds from that source. From what others have said here, once you've selected it, it becomes your default. Keep in mind that your "pending" payouts only reflects the amount that your next payout from eBay is going to be – not the payment that you just received for your item.

@bellafortuna50 Just select to have your shipping label come out of your pending funds at the bottom of the shipping label page. It will become your default, but you can change it anytime. I used my PP funds for a while then switched it over to pending funds. Best of luck to you....

@bellafortuna50   The terminology has changed for Managed Payments, they do not us "Pending" any more.  They use "Available" (which is where the shipping costs are taken from), "Processing" and "Hold".

Processing used to be Pending and at one time they took shipping costs from there, but no longer, now they take them from Available which is the money eBay is going to send you on your next Payout Day.

When you print a label, at the bottom of the page just above the price line is where you can switch from PayPal to eBay as the source of your shipping costs.
