Item #114278166045. User is in Zip Code 90732. I have it setup for 12 ounces and First Class USPS. Buyer wins item and I see they paid $3.20. Seemed a little low. I go into Print Label and it is costing me $4.46 with a $1.29 discount. So the buyer should have paid $5.75 shipping not $3.20. So I create similar, and it confirms for me that I did create it properly...Calculated 12 Ounces and 12x8x4 sized package.
Is this a glitch? When I go into the item and put in their Zip Code it does show $3.20. And it shows $3.20 for my zip code too. As if I picked Flat Rate and put in $3.20 which I would never do in a million years.

This has happened on all of the items I sold today. One item it only charged 70 cents. I can not ship anything first class and especially not a 4 ounce item and then it charge $2 on an item I have as 15 ounce first class. It must be a glitch.

$3.20 is the rate for a 12 oz flat envelope which is first class mail (not first class package) and doesn’t have tracking. That happens when letter or large envelope is checked off under ‘Package Type’ instead of package or large package. You are definitely not the first person who has had this happen.

You put in large envelope and not package.
