I used to use this page to calculate the USPS rates and also the eBay discounted rates.
https://www.ebay.com/shp/calc/rates
As of this morning, I can see only the discounted eBay rates, not the counter rates.
Is anyone else having this problem?

eBay's been rolling this out to sellers for the past month. They said they will be adding features to the new version.

Thank you. Why oh why did they feel the need to mess with it?
My first thought was that it's another tactic to drive sellers to pass on the eBay discounted shipping rates.

Whatever the reason, the new layout is certainly inferior to its predecessor. Any reformatting which removes data (in this case, the exact retail price) is of course a downgrade. And the new layout includes columns which are virtually worthless (such as whether tracking or insurance is included; we already knew that) and which interfere with scanning for the info we do want.
Now if we want to know the retail price we have to either do some math with the numbers that eBay provides, or look up the retail rates in documents such as USPS's Notice 123:
