Hello, everyone! I spent nearly $350 on a PC processor the other day. I was estimated to arrive on the 15th and I still haven't received it. I'm aware it's the holiday season, so delays are okay. The tracking information hasn't updated on eBay or PayPal though and the shop owner says it was delivered.
They told me to check with neighbors to make sure they didn't receive it by mistake. I checked with my neighbor who has a security camera, but nothing fishy. We're not in a heavily trafficked area either.
What should I do? I would like a refund, this is a Christmas gift. 😞

If you don't have it and tracking isn't showing movement, file a not received case with eBay.
now if the seller has tracking showing it WAS delivered but there are not uploading it to eBay and then they do so in response to your claim, then you will lose the case.

I think that's a To Be Announced number from Amazon - kind of a placeholder rather than a tracking number. You should contact your seller to determine if he has additional shipping information.

Since that's not an online trackable number the OP would win an INR case.

If that's the only tracking the seller provides, yes, that is correct.

I would definitely file a not received claim with Ebay/Paypal. Sellers are required to provided VALID tracking info showing it was actually delivered. (I know...I am a seller). The sooner you do it, the better.
Good luck!

I believe that's code for an Amazon Logistics delivery, where the item was coming from Amazon, but being delivered by a local freelance shipper. Supposedly they hire offduty Lyft or Uber drivers to deliver some of their packages. Unfortunately, Amazon Logistics has a poor reputation for delivery; packages may be 'out for delivery' for days in a row, or never delivered at all. Or the driver may claim delivery but toss it in some bushes or keep it.

That's a Amazon drop. Number. You'r seller is a dropshipper. Simply file an INR after the expected delivery date. The TA number provided is a seller/agent confirmation. nothing to do with the shipping.
