On Feb 6 I shipped 5 packages with the USPS scan form. As of today they all only say 'Shipment received, package acceptance pending.' I talked to the post office I dropped them off at and they suggested submitting a help request form but coincidentally they are all ineligible for this as per the USPS site. I filed missing mail search requests for each one but I'm worried they won't be able to locate them or confirm delivery. Has anyone had this happen before or have any advice? Thanks.

It might just be they were not scanned delivered. Don't contact your buyers and give them any ideas. If no complaints come , it would suggest they were delivered. I have received a number of items that never said delivery.

Me too, but this is not the case for this. It only has the SCAN form acceptance scan, not one scan along the way. I've already had one refund request, I hope that's the only one.

Were they going through Newark, DE by chance? That facility is a cluster F.... I won't use USPS there anymore.

Try not to panic. The items are probably in the system, and the equipment may not be able to to scan the bar codes for some reason (rain/water damaged the bar code, or the bar code is uneven on the package or some mechanical failure on the scanner equipment end etc.)
If there is a problem with the printed bar codes, they may not show up in the system until delivery.
It is very frustrating. Once in a blue moon I have an items that doesn't even show in the system at all from pickup until delivery, and sometimes when that happens it even appears with some additional scan history along the way that the system didn't show before.
Keep an eye on those packages though. If they don't update in a week or so, then you might want to file missing mail requests. Odds are, they will appear in the system at the last minute, late, but keep an eye on them.

I already filed missing case searches because its been over two weeks since they had a last scan. I'm slowly getting complaints from each customer, but USPS told me they were probably delivered.

What sort of nonsense is that? I'd be getting ready to file insurance claims on items that were shipped via Priority Mail; you have to wait 15 days after shipping.
Not clear about when the actual shipping date was, since the OP said you mailed on February 6, which was 13 days ago, but now you're saying over 2 weeks since last scan.
